Every year, lakhs of students struggle with questions around college choices, course selection, and counselling procedures. To help engineering and medicine aspirants navigate the growing complexities of the undergraduate admission process, Academia360 will conduct offline counselling sessions at 15 centres across 13 cities, starting with Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi on April 19.
The Offline Counselling Tour 2026 will provide structured guidance to JEE Main and NEET aspirants. The initiative will bring experienced counsellors offering students direct, in-person support on crucial aspects such as college selection, course preferences, and counselling procedures.
Through this tour, students will get access to one-on-one counselling, personalised college shortlisting, scholarship opportunities, and tools like rank and college predictors. The organisers say the goal is to make the entire counselling journey clearer and less stressful.
Last year, the event was conducted at multiple centres, including IIT Delhi, IIT Madras, Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore, Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT) Mumbai, College of Engineering Pune (COEP Pune).
Candidates interested in attending the sessions can register online.
Registrations are open, and seats are limited for each city. To register, candidates have to pay Rs 99. Once all the formalities are done, participants will receive further instructions for attending the counselling event.
The tour will be conducted in 15 centres – all but Academia360’s offices are institutions of higher education – across 13 cities. The schedule is given below.
Dates | Venue |
|---|---|
April 19 | IIT Delhi |
April 25 | MNIT Jaipur |
April 26 | IITRAM Ahmedabad |
May 2 | PEC Chandigarh |
The JEE Main 2026 exam was conducted in two sessions by the National Testing Agency (NTA), with the first session held from January 21 to 29 and the second session in early April. The January session alone saw over 13.5 lakh registrations, with around 13 lakh candidates appearing. JEE Main results for Session 1 were declared in February. The JEE Main 2026 Session 2 was conducted from April 2 to April 8 in computer-based mode across multiple centres in India.
Meanwhile, NEET UG 2026, the country’s single-largest medical entrance exam, is scheduled to be held on May 3, 2026, as per the official notification. In the last two years, the number of candidates registering for the exam has consistently crossed 20 lakh each year.
Given the intense competition and the importance of making the right choices, initiatives like this counselling tour could offer much-needed clarity to students at a crucial time.
