The National Testing Agency (NTA) has launched a dedicated digital training programme titled ‘Pariksha Karmayogi: Capacity-Building Programme for Examination Officials’ on the Government of India’s iGOT Karmayogi Bharat platform. The programme has been designed to strengthen the capacity of examination functionaries and to ensure the smooth, secure and standardised conduct of offline, pen-and-paper based examinations.
The course is designed for examination officials, especially Centre Superintendents and Invigilators, who help conduct NTA exams, including National Eligibility cum Entrance Test UG.
The initiative comes amid concerns over alleged paper leaks and examination irregularities in recent competitive exams. It aims to strengthen exam administration and enhance transparency, accountability, and security at examination centres.
The programme comprises four modules that together cover the complete examination lifecycle:
The post on X reads, "Well-trained examination personnel are critical to the smooth and fair conduct of large-scale national examinations. By establishing uniform standards of examination administration across the country, the programme reinforces NTA’s commitment to excellence and integrity in the conduct of its examinations."
